The Biennial Conference is one of the primary activities of the European Society for Environmental History (ESEH). A scholarly society that was founded in 1999 to promote environmental history in Europe and around the globe, the Society’s intent is to stimulate dialogue between humanistic scholarship, environmental science, and other disciplines.

The conference programme is an excellent venue for promotion—diverse sizes offer customisable options from small blurbs to full-page colour ads. The programme will be distributed to all conference participants upon arrival, it will be sent to media representatives, and it will appear on the conference website. All advertisers will also be highlighted prominently on the conference website.

Would you like to reach over five hundred environmental historians, scholars, students, and members of the interested public? Our conference exhibition hall is the ideal location for the promotion of your publishing house, company, organisation, or institution.

Donations

Interested in giving back? Please consider making a donation to the ESEH. These donations will primarily be used to provide travel grants for the 2013 conference to scholars who would otherwise be unable to attend.
